I think I addressed that in the one Blues Clues incest slash fic I wrote.

The second baby's name is cinnamon and like Paprika, he is brown. Don't know who the hell Mrs. Pepper was banging, but it ain't Mr. Salt.

i only vaguely remember that fic but i'm pretty sure it was awesome.
