I am so moving to Canada once I finish my degree (assuming I get into it, of course - I'm currently in that delightful mental place post-final exams but pre-uni offers, and my neuroticism has bumped up about 400 levels - thankfully, there's only three weeks until I find out), and there I shall bask in the winter misery denied me in Australia. Ha!
Personally, I liked Anne of the Island and Anne of Windy Poplars the best. Child-Anne and teenaged-Anne irritated me, so I much preferred her as an adult. It's been ages since I read the last few books, though, so I can't really remember what I thought of her children... I should really re-read the whole series. And Emily of New Moon, which I also liked. Something to pass the time while I wait for my results!
